What we look in candidate -

• You should be be knowing programming in any language. We will conduct test on your preferred language. Please apply only if you are very good at programming. Other platforms, you can learn and explore once you join.
• We prefer candidates in top 5 students of their college / School. Toppers are given first priority. If you feel that you have not done better academically but are excellent programmer, you are welcomed!!! You need to exhibit your programming skills with of your work.
• Candidate should be able to explore technology to the core level. High level guidance will be provided, but as we work on products, lot of things have to be explored by the programmer and come up with solutions matching, if not better, than the top player in each of technology.
• You should love programming, not look like typical 9 to 6 job.
• We DO NOT CARE about how presentable candidate is, his / her communication skills or any other thing not related to programming. We CARE only about how good programmer you are.
