Client Requirements :

Sterlite Technologies Limited has plants at various locations. The requirement of the client was to have a Centralized Attendance Management System so that it gets managed efficiently.

They also required Software to manage various transactions in their plant canteen.

A customized system in the head office to know the employee utility (i.e the number of employees who have entered the plant and the number of employees actually working in the workshop area) was also required.

Cybernetics Solutions :

Web-Based Attendance system was installed for centralized attendance management.

• The database was installed only in the Head Office Server PC. The data entered in all the locations gets saved in the main server PC at the head office. Web login were given for all other locations.
• Single time Registration of the Employee: The Unique card and the finger print once registered were valid to give access to employee at every plant location.
• Location wise Report Generation: biometric attendance machine has the provision to generate employee attendance reports location wise.
• Auto-Shift Management System: The shift of the employee gets assigned automatically as per their IN time taken from card swiping/finger authentication.

Customized Employee Utilization Display solution was given to the head office

A LCD was integrated with the bimetric Attendance Machine at the entry gate of the plant and at the entry gate of the workshop of the head office. The LCD displayed the number of workers who are inside the plant and those in the workshop. This gave them a clear picture of the employee utilization each day.

Employee ID no and Photo Display:

A screen displays employee photo and ID no when the employee punches his card/ fingerprint authentication. This ensures the employee that the attendance has been recorded properly

Canteen Management System :

• The canteen management system was integrated with biometric Attendance system and Access Control System.
• The system helped to keep proper canteen related records and transactions of the employees
