Comprehensive Support Services is a India -based international company providing Catering, Housekeeping, Facility Management, staffing solution to Industrial, institutional, health Care, Oil & Gas, Remote site services provider with a presence in over 10 countries spread, supported by over 2000 motivated, dedicated & eager employeesfrom over many nationalities.
They needed fingerprint and card attendance across 20 locations without installing client software, since internet and computers were unavailable at remote sites. All data had to centralise at head office with multi-shift support.
Cybernetics deployed X990 GPRS fingerprint machines at all 20 sites. A cloud-based attendance system automatically downloads data from machines and uploads it to the central server without any on-site software or IT staff.
A GPRS attendance machine has a built-in SIM card and GPRS modem. It transmits punch data directly to a central server over the mobile network, eliminating the need for local network infrastructure at remote sites.
Features included cloud-based centralised attendance, no client-side software requirement, secure central database, manual punch entry, tour entry, and multi-shift management with intelligent multi-location reporting.
The system enabled effective monitoring of 2,000+ employees across 20 locations with minimal human effort, hassle-free shift management, intelligent reporting by location, and simplified overtime management.
