• The accurate record of in-time and out-time of every visitor and contractor was required to be maintained in the database.

• In Web based Visitor management system software, the date wise pre-appointment names of the visitor gets reflected in the Software of the security personnel. On arrival of the visitor, the security officer generates the visitor pass from the machine. The IN time of the visitor gets recorded automatically on generation of the pass.
