Web Based Visitor Management Software Solution implemented:

• Cybernetics designed and developed Web Based Visitor Management Software to meet the requirements of our client.
• In Web based Visitor Management Software, the date wise pre-appointment names of the visitor gets reflected in the system of the security personnel. On arrival of the visitor, the security officer generates the visitor pass from the machine. The IN time of the visitor gets recorded automatically on generation of the pass. Every visitor pass had a unique barcode on it. The barcode had to be scanned while the visitor/contractor exits. This was done to record the accurate exit time.

Hardware and Software Used :

• Software : Web Based Visitor Management Software.
• Hardware : Motorola Barcode reader, Suprema Scanner and I ball camera.

Salient Features :

• Provision for the Client to design their gate pass format.
• Provision to categorize the visitors.
• Block the visitors – No visitor pass gets generated for the visitors who are assigned to this category. A message “The visitor has been banned “ will appear in the screen.
• Watch Group
• Approve Group
• Integrated bar code reader to record the visitor sign out time (Exit time).
