Lear Automotive India Private Limited had a requirement to make the visitors management effective. The requirement was mostly for the visitors and the contractors who required access to learoffice. The accurate record of in-time and out-time of every visitor and contractor was required to be maintained in the database.

• Cybernetics designed and developed Web Based Visitor Management System to meet the requirements of our client.
• On arrival of the visitor, the security officer generates the visitor pass from the machine. The IN time of the visitor gets recorded automatically on generation of the pass.

Salient Features :

• Provision for the Client to design their gate pass format.
• Provision to categorize the visitors.
• Block the visitors – No visitor pass gets generated for the visitors who are assigned to this category. A message “The visitor has been banned “ will appear in the screen
