Client Requirement :

Cybage Software Private Limitedhad a requirement to make the visitors management effective. The requirement was mostly for the visitors and the contractors who required access to cybage office. The client wanted the pre-appointment data to be visible automatically in a machine in the security room at the entrance. The accurate record of in-time and out-time of every visitor and contractor was required to be maintained in the database. Also cybage want centralized database in pune and lease line through connect remote locations.

Cybernetics Solutions :

• Cybernetics designed and developed Web Based Visitor Management System to meet the requirements of our client.
• In Web based Visitor Management System, the date wise pre-appointment names of the visitor gets reflected in the system of the security personnel. On arrival of the visitor, the security officer generates the visitor pass from the machine. The IN time of the visitor gets recorded automatically on generation of the pass.

Salient Features :

• Provision for the Client to design their gate pass format.
• Provision to categorize the visitors.
• Block the visitors – No visitor pass gets generated for the visitors who are assigned to this category. A message “The visitor has been banned “ will appear in the screen
